Node Support Terms & Infrastructure Disclaimer

These Terms apply specifically to specialized infrastructure, blockchain, node monitoring, and related technical support services provided by FnButton, a DBA of AnaNick LLC. By using these services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

FnButton may provide blockchain node setup and monitoring, infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting, hardware wallet support, system configuration and optimization, and technical troubleshooting and operational assistance. Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis and may vary depending on client infrastructure, third-party platforms, and network conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain solely responsible for maintaining secure backups, protecting passwords, seed phrases, private keys, and credentials, verifying all actions taken within their systems or accounts, and maintaining control of wallets, exchanges, servers, and third-party services. Clients agree to provide accurate information. FnButton is not responsible for losses resulting from client error, credential exposure, third-party compromise, unsupported modifications, or improper system management.

3. Payments and Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due before or upon service delivery, services rendered may be non-refundable once work has begun, and ongoing support arrangements may be governed by separate agreements. If issues arise, clients are encouraged to contact FnButton directly to discuss resolution options.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Network Risks

FnButton may work with blockchain networks, infrastructure providers, validators, wallets, hosting providers, exchanges, APIs, or other third-party systems. FnButton is not responsible for blockchain network failures or outages, validator penalties or slashing events, third-party platform failures, wallet, exchange, or hosting provider issues, software vulnerabilities outside FnButton's control, or service interruptions, synchronization issues, or data corruption. Clients acknowledge that blockchain infrastructure and digital asset systems involve inherent technical and operational risks.

5. No Financial or Investment Advice

FnButton does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Decisions involving digital assets, blockchain participation, staking, validators, wallets, or related systems remain solely the client's responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FnButton, AnaNick LLC, and associated contractors and affiliates are not liable for loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets, loss of access to wallets or infrastructure, data loss or corruption, downtime or service interruptions, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or third-party platform or network failures. Any liability related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using these services, scheduling support, submitting payment, or continuing to engage FnButton for infrastructure-related services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
